She has been featured in Vogue, the LA Times, The Huffington Post and The Wall Street Journal. Nicole’s classes are taught in the flowing vinyasa style offering choreographic sequencing, breath and alignment and awareness, masterful hands-on assists, and meditation—weaving in a modern spirited take on ancient yogic philosophy. They are accessible to all levels from basic beginner to advanced, encouraging each student to explore her/his own potential for personal transformation, balance and joy.
