Pilates is a low stress method of physical and mental conditioning that strengthens and lengthens the muscles while stabilizing and supporting the skeleton. Designed to work directly with the deepest muscles in the body, Pilates exercises initiate from the core and flow outward to the extremities. Sessions include Pilates equipment: the reformer, the trapeze table, the chair, TRX, balls, rollers, and corealign.
