Over a hundred Saturday classes, recorded live on Zoom from 2020 to 2022, are ready for you to take at home in your own time. Each one has the slow, curious pace of the live class, with a description of what we did in each part of the practice.
Library membership, $15 a month
Every class in the library and the short practices, as often as you like.
Single class, $10
Choose one class at a time by theme or by the kind of day you are having.
Try a class first
Lymph & Hip Strength, from July 11, 2020, is yours to watch for whatever you wish to pay. Small repetitive movements flush the lymph and build strength in the outer hips, and the class ends in a resting supported backbend.
Finding your class
Each class is tagged by the part of the body it explores: hips and SI joint, spine and ribs, shoulders and neck, feet and ankles, stability and core, and lymph flow. A second tag tells you the pace. Gentle classes stay close to the ground and invite rest, while steady classes build more heat and spend longer standing.
Most classes use a mat, two blocks, a strap and a blanket or two. Some add a bolster, a chair or a wall, and each description lists the props you will need.
Short practices
Four short Legs Up the Wall practices, from 6 to 11 minutes, offer a pause in the middle of the day or a quiet way to end it. Each one is $5 and comes with the library membership.
